You can't insert or transfer the labels created in Decadry to Nero because the application doesn't have support for the LAA file format. The software doesn't allow you to export to another format except the one mentioned above.
Right click on the Computer icon and select Manage. Go to Device Manager, double click the IDE ATA/ATAPI controllers, right-click the first ATA Channel and select Properties. Press the Advanced Settings tab, check the Enable DMA box below the Device Properties and click OK. In addition, try a lower burn speed and temporary disable your antivirus program during the burning process. Make sure, also that your videos don't have any form of DRM (Digital rights management) or copyright protection. Right-click on the media file, select Properties, go to Details tab and check the information next to Protected/Protection field.
To copy a DVD you will actually need a DVD-RW and obviously an application, in this case Nero Home. Start Nero Home then launch Nero StartSmart and go to DVD menu. Click on Copy DVD and follow the instructions. Set the reading and the writing speed. Additionally, if you have only on DVD-RW, select to store the image as a temporary file. At the end of the process insert a new DVD and burning will start automatically.
